Yes, yes I know I haven't been blogging for ages. So here I am! Time really flies. In just three days' time, I'm gonna have to leave my job cos' school is starting on the 2nd of July. That means no more income and no more allowance. Gosh. Anyone has nephews or nieces for me to tutor? =D Anyway, this is a sneak preview of what I've been up to these days!

18th May - Lek Teng's Birthday

2b-ians with Lek Teng. And I celebrated Nixon's & my cousin's birthdays as well. No pictures though, but hopefully all of them had a great time!

31st May - 1st June Siloso Beach Resort with Family

Dad was mad. He ordered a DISPENSER of beer for 'afternoon tea'. The photo above doesn't justify the size of that humongous dispenser of beer.

And yup, photo taking is right outside Underwater World. As usual, I had the privilege of holding the snake's head cos' it was making a U-turn at that moment, almost licking my fingers and mama didn't dare take it. The other two weren't in the circle of snake cos' silly Jiafeng saw a friend's mum and thought we would be able to get a discount at one of the F&B outlets. So that two strayed away and only joined us when the cameraman was about to release that shutter.

Bro was waiting for an opportunity to snap a photo of us with a giant turtle in the background. But it was almost impossible to wait for a turtle to swim by with the large number of black and white people present on that day. Oh wait, I'm not a racist okay. You can call me a yellow, I won't mind really.

The night looked as if it ended brilliantly. But no. The four of us (the young ones), returned to our resort with sulky faces because we experienced some really terrible service at Sakae Izakaya. Bro was almost hopping mad! Please do not patronise that outlet for goodness sake.

8th - 11th June Bintan Trip with Dear

This was a very last minute trip because our initial plan was to follow a tour from my cousin's travel agency to Korea for 6 days & we get 2 nights FOC in Hongkong. Unfortunately, it was kinda screwed up and I can't get to go to my Bae Yong Joon Museum anymore. =( Talking about that, I just finished the entire series of 태왕사신기 (Tae Wang Sa Shin Gi) / 太王四神記 starring Bae Yong Joon, Lee Ji Ah and some other cute actors and actresses. Bae Yong Joon looks really suave with long hair! If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have even thought about watching it at all. Alright back to the subject. I'm really disappointed cos' it was such an attractive tour package to Korea. But oh well, I got help from a fellow colleague and decided to save more money by heading to Bintan Island instead. You won't see tons of words cos' I ain't thinking straight with a sick head.

I was in love with the jacuzzi pool and I still am.The elephant ride was fun!! It was so cute and the mahout was really friendly. The ele actually walked on the beach and attracted more than a dozen of eyes towards our direction. But throughout the entire walk, I felt as if I was gonna fall off the ele anytime. I can't imagine the consequences if I really did. After the ride, we went to check out the mini zoo. The parrots were screeching all the time and there was a condor (which boyfriend claimed was a vulture LOL). The condor was as huge as a 5 year old toddler. And joining the condor were the cassowari, alligators, alligator catfish, and the reticulated python.

Spot the alligators~GIANT chess. And GIANT snake & ladder.We went to do some watersports on the second day - Jetski & Kayak. I wasn't burnt fortunately.And on the third day, we took a stroll around their so called 'Orchard Road' named Pasar Oleh Oleh. Those small humble hut-like shops have some very pricey souvenirs for sale. Don't ever judge a book by its cover. Boyfriend & I decided to try a traditional full body massage located there cos' it costs like only 28 bucks. But it was a full hour of torture for me cos' my masseur used such great force, my bones felt like they were gonna break anytime.

Look at the master at work! We bought a photo frame before we left and requested to carve our names on the wood. It was beautifully done! Alright, I'm gonna take a nap soon and btw, I've decided not to post any pictures of the food that we ate there so as to prevent your stomachs from getting queasy. The food there is expensive and isn't really nice at all. I miss my laksa. School is starting soon. =( Till then, goodnights people!
