hai.

Exhausted. Friends whom I thought will be here for me when I need help, are apparently not. Feeling so helpless. Had a really rough day and my stress level is almost at its brim due to pathetic hours of rest and huge workload of projects. People often come to me complaining that they are stressed up by work and I always give them advices. But it seems like me, myself, in this situation right now is unable to implement these actions. I am even thinking of stupid thoughts right now, how silly. Luckily Ting En called and asked me about some project stuff, and at the same time, my progress! Talked to someone about it and I feel tonnes better. Thanks friend. =)

Bird Park!

Ahoy Matey! Yer' all doin' fine? Its' Piratey language speakin' today n' I wud' love some good o' rum to begin with! Savvy? Ahah. Pirates of the Carribean: Dead's Man Chest is really hilarious! Love Johnny Depp always! screams like little girls who're chasing their idols Boyfriend don't get jealous. Wahaha. Anyway, Bird Park's interview was GREAT. The working environment is good, the office people + those working outdoors are really friendly and fun! But I'll still leave it to fate and "fate", please choose a good company for me!! I really wish I won't get in to Zoo although I really want to. Otherwise, transportation costs will be near $100 every month. Our pay is like only $500? -sighs-

Anyway, I was supposed to go for a Wine Appreciation Course on Saturday morning but because I was still sick, it took me lots of effort to get up from my warm and comforting bed! Reached school eventually and I absolutely love seeing my classmates. They just rock my world! The first half of the course was a little boring but enriching though. Mr Lim introduced the different types of grapes used to make wines like for example Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and things like that. Haha all of you must be wondering how to pronounce these words. Ask those who learn French!! =) And the last part of the lesson was wine tasting!! That was what we're looking forward to. Mr Lim poured me LOTS of wine. It was only the first sip and I felt the carbonic acid mixing with the hydrochloric in my stomach. It was practically burning my stomach walls and I could feel that!! It's prolly due to an empty stomach on a winey morning. We drank 6 glasses of wine and Patricia's glass is always deprived of the alcohol it's craving for so I 'donated' some to her. Haha! All my classmates started becoming a little hysterical and 'high'.

There were lots of laughters and people at my row + myself, became weird too! I realised that I couldn't stand properly and almost fell on Patricia when our class wants to Kanpai. And all of us were just.. what's the best word to describe.. SIAO? Tipsy yes. Xiuxian started saying weird things and I just couldn't controlled my laughter. Laughed at practically nothing at all. Then I became emo and cried very badly cos' I just had this torn feeling inside me and it's screaming to me that "I'm unwanted". Laughed and cried. Hee. Luckily none of my classmates realised cos' I was sitting outside the classroom with another drunkard. Haa. It was really fun! I'll try to upload the video here if I can cos' one of my classmates vcam us in our drunken states. And also, I flunk my IAF test today so that's all folks! Shufen is complaining that I'm smelly! Better go bathe hee! Oh ya our class rep, Mr Lim Wenhao of Fuhua Sec who probably drank the most wine didn't get drunk though! Tsk tsk. High class wine free of charge. I'll miss them.

apple!

Doc says the swelling in my throat is as big as an apple. Haha! Weird analogy. Yes I skipped school to rest because I was so exhausted and headachy, and I have my "wang pai"(direct translation = king card) with me! My beloved MC. Without this MC, I am gonna receive a warning letter from SP. Ahahaha. That's because I've skipped GEMs for 4 times. Hee. Anyway, I had an interview with Zoo yesterday and tomorrow, I'm gonna have an interview with the Bird Park! Wow, it's animals week! I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's interview! Bird Park please let me in!

Interview at the ZOO!

I think it was due to over-anxiety.. had a really bad gastric pain this morning and was really late for class! I had to rush to zoo for an interview after lecture and guess what? The bus took like half an hour to arrive!! I was really running late and when I got there, I had difficulty in locating the corporate office cos' it was hidden! There were 2 interviewers and the pregnant lady was kinda mean cos' she ripped me of benefits that I was supposed to have. When the HR lady said that I will have time-off if I worked during weekends, the pregnant lady didn't agree and said there'll be NO time-off cos' we got to go back to school on Tuesdays and will not be fulfilling the 44hrs working time requirement. But I felt indignant when she told me that if I were to take an MC, they'll deduct my pay. HUH?! From what I've learnt in the Employment Act there's no deduction of pay if an employee takes an MC! It feels like she's trying to make use of cheap labour fully. Gosh. I rushed to Bukit Gombak after the interview for driving test, and after walking for 15 gruelling minutes with my heels, I finally reached the classroom! But, I failed. My effort has gone down the drain again. Anyway, thanks to Peiwen for lending me the briefcase-like bag!! Kisses and hugs for you! =x Feeling really headachy and sick from all the late nights, the walking, and the sun today. I feel like I'm speaking incoherently. ~~

RESUMES

School commences. It was only the 3rd day of school (Wednesday) when we were being informed to our horror that we have to submit 1 resume and 3 bloody cover letters on FRIDAY. The worst part was that we were not even taught on how to go about writing it!!! Projects were on hold. Everyone was looking for everyone else' cover letters and resumes for reference and I, researched for about 8 hours when I finally typed a letter on the blank A4 sized document. At this point of time, I really have to apologise to Ms Junaidah, my secondary school English teacher who constantly sighs all the time while she was teaching our class back then. She taught us how to write all kinds of letters. But sadly, I threw all of them out of my head. I'm a big baddie .. how can I undo the teachings of my favourite teacher!! I'm sorry cher!
Anyway, the top three companies which my tourism teacher picked for me are Zoo, Fullerton Hotel and Bird Park. At first, I thought Bird Park was a big no-no. But after reviewing the positions offered by them, I think it's more appealing than positions offered by Zoo. I know it's hard for me to get into Fullerton since it's a HOT option. But I'll do my best in all my interviews!! Wish me luck guys! =)
