crabby

Let me whine. My week has been revolving around work and more railway train duties. This weariness and stress is at its extreme. And I believe yesterday was the worst day of work in the past 6 months. It's like a BLACK Wednesday. Okay wait.. I should stop rattling on about it before I can't resist the urge to treat my poor pillow as a punching bag. I'm seriously contradicting myself - can't type coherently anymore.

On a lighter note, I had dinner with Alva dear last week at Jumbo Restaurant. Yes, it was crazy because there were only 2 of us and just thinking about the cost after getting your stomach filled is enough to send you into a mad state of confusion. But we ate there anyway. The food was good and this restaurant really lived up to its name. We had yam ring with scallop, kangkong fried with oyster sauce and garlic. Pretty simple dishes but believe me it's quite alot for two ladies! And the star for that night was actually..

Black pepper crab!! (i hope the picture beside the crab doesn't make it look unappetizing..) I LOVE CRABS. And it so happens that the crabs Jumbo Restaurant has are of the topmost quality - the Sri Lankan crabs. These crabs are well known for their sweet and succulent flesh! By topping off with black pepper and adding a lil' butter to it.. tasted heavenly. Imagine both of us having to spend an hour just to suck every flesh out of those red stubborn shells. Okay, I guess I have to admit that we are really bad at cracking the shells.
We walked over to Clarke Quay to get our not-so-satisfying Turkish ice cream after dinner and saw quite a few hookers. They were only hitting on Caucasian males and it seemed like these hookers were having a bad night cos' their fees are oh so high even to the Caucasians. But it just makes me wonder why would these women choose to sell their bodies instead of trying out other jobs~

I so wanna type about the jogging episode, but really exhausted now..
